It requires the ability to manage many moving parts, maintain intense attention to detail, commitment to continued communication and constant problem solving. Wedding planning is about creating a curated and meticulously planned event, so that you and your loved ones can focus on what’s most important - enjoying the day. You are there to celebrate your love for one another, I am there to ensure you can focus on doing exactly that.

PLANNER PACKAGE
I offer a holistic approach to wedding planning that covers every aspect of your special day. From the initial concept to the grand finale, I will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that every moment is stress-free and filled with joy, excitement, and cherished memories. I follow a structured, efficient wedding planning process which, coupled with my creativity and ability to adapt to any timeline, will help you feel in control.
Wedding planning should be an enjoyable activity for the couple and their families. Each wedding is unique in it’s own way. On this basis, our professional relationship is adapted to your lifestyle, location, personality and personal preferences in order to make the planning process as intentional, enjoyable and convenient as possible.
This full planner package ensures that you are free to savour the excitement of your upcoming union while I look after the rest. You will have full access to me for professional guidance, useful resources, preferred suppliers, and coordination assistance.
SERVICES OFFERED
As a baseline, the full planner package includes:
Guiding you through planning - what to do, how to make decisions, conceptualising your wedding day with you to create your vision for the day.
Present suitable vendors and obtain quotes from suppliers that suit your needs. Comparative quotes will be sent to you to consider.
Discuss and work within your budget. Your budget is up to you to manage but I will guide, advise and recommend suppliers that best suit your budget requirements.
Manage Suppliers and communications: This includes obtaining contracts, securing orders, arranging payments, communicating and keeping suppliers informed at all times.
Finalising arrangements once suppliers are chosen and managing supplier timelines.
Producing all “on the day” documents - table layouts/plans, running orders, arrival times, contact sheet etc.
Wedding Day Management.
As your planner I will also be responsible for:
Supplier Meetings:
Arranging of supplier meetings on your behalf. These meetings are for you to I) familiarise yourself with the services you are considering or to II) finalise plans with already confirmed suppliers. The suppliers will be briefed with your requirements ahead of your meeting. These meetings are to take place during standard office hours (8am to 5pm) unless arranged otherwise.
Planning Meetings:
We will have face to face / online meetings throughout the planning process. These will be scheduled regularly to ensure that plans remain on track.
All wedding related admin work:
I will create a comprehensive planning document incorporating all relevant details. I will keep this project updated with all the information that is shared. This planning document will also incorporate all communications between us and the appointed suppliers.
Personalised and Customised Moodboard:
A significant part of my role as your wedding planner is to bring a creative touch to your special day, ensuring that it stands out as truly unique and unforgettable. I will put together fresh, innovative ideas tailored to your vision, blending inspiration with practicality to make every moment exceptional. I provide a customized moodboard that captures all these distinctive concepts, from personalized themes to distinctive details that elevate your celebration. This mood board serves as a visual guide, showcasing creative ways to make your wedding not just beautiful but also an experience that your guests will talk about for years to come.
